The National Cowboy Hall of Fame and Western Heritage Museum had their annual Chuckwagon Days at the end of May. Ranches from around the country come in and cook in the old fashion way of dutch oven cooking from beans & brisket to cobblers. This museum is one of the best in the country and this annual weekend is kid friendly with stagecoach rides, pony rides, lariat making, and more.
